Matthew 28:16–20

Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them. When they saw him, they worshiped him—but some doubted. Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

The Mission: What We Believe

• We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God. 2 Timothy 3:16-17
• We believe there is one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14
• We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, born of the virgin Mary. John 1:1,14; Matthew 1:23
• We believe salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Ephesians 2:8-9; Titus 3:5
• We believe in the resurrection of the body and life everlasting. 1 Corinthians 15:3-4; 1 Peter 1:3-4
• We believe in the baptism of believers and communion as commanded by Christ. Matthew 28:19; 1 Corinthians 11:23-26
• We believe in the empowerment of the Holy Spirit for godly living and service. Acts 1:8
• We believe in the personal, visible return of Jesus Christ. Titus 2:13; Acts 1:11
